Naturally, appropriate remuneration is a matter of course. To make sure you get to work comfortably, for example, we provide employees in Germany with a public transport pass free of charge. Trainees are compensated for all travel costs to theory phases as well as seminar fees and, if needed, are eligible for removal allowances and lodging. Our employees receive 30 paid holidays per year in Germany. A shopping portal provides Wempe employees in Germany with special discounts on fashion brands, events, travel, technology products and much more.
In addition, we offer an employee-sponsored pension plan for employees in Germany. Sales employees also earn a sales bonus, even during their training years. Local agreements and foreign contracts may differ.
The personal and professional development of our employees is one of our top priorities. Through the Wempe Academy, we offer a comprehensive programme of seminars and qualification options, for example for earning internationally recognised qualifications or for developing your soft skills. Apprentices have above average chances of employment after the end of their training period.
