The following terms and regulations apply for Gerhard D. Wempe GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter called WEMPE).

WEMPE undertakes to comply with the following data protection regulations in terms of a trust-based recruiting procedure.

Terms of use:

Your general obligations as user: You warrant with your registration that your data is up-to-date and true, that you do not disseminate any illegal content and that you do not violate or could violate the rights of third parties. You accept that virus attacks and the abuse of the system for the intervention in the security measures of a foreign network, host or account are prohibited.

As user of the online application or talent pool, you agree that all communications may be sent by e-mail unless another form is required by law.

Your responsibility as user:

You warrant that you are a real applicant, i.e. that you do not use any pseudonym or third-party data, and that you to not use the system for any other purpose than this application procedure. It falls within your responsibility to ensure that the use of the system complies with these terms.

As user you are responsible for all content that you upload on the online application sheet, as for example files, pictures, graphics, links, etc.

Data protection:

The protection of your data is of utmost importance to us: We collect, process and use your personal data in accordance with the German Data Protection Act. Furthermore, company data protection regulations apply for our staff members. We use your data exclusively to inform you about suitable jobs in our company. Data security

We treat your data as strictly confidential and encrypt it during electronic transmission. We collect, process and use your personal data exclusively to handle your application. We ensure by technical and organizational measures that your data is protected against deliberate manipulation and unauthorized access. It is expressively pointed out that access or possibly even falsification of your data by unauthorized persons cannot complete ruled out despite these measures.

Data such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address serve to contact you regarding your application. All personal data as well as all application documents are collected and used by WEMPE only for assessment, evaluation and allocation purposes as part of the application procedure.

Miscellaneous

For the sake of better legibility, we have mostly refrained from using gender-specific spellings on this website. Living diversity means for us that we equally address all sexes, nationalities, religions and persons with disabilities.

Some sections of this career website use cookies. Cookies are identifiers, which a web server can send to your computer so as to identify it during the time of your visit.

The constant development of the Internet and relevant case law makes alterations to our data policy statement necessary from time to time. We reserve the right at any time to make appropriate amendments to these regulations.
